How can I place an order?
Order in-store or online via our website. We don’t accept phone orders.
Can I order a customised cake?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Can I pick up on the same day?
Please place orders at least one working day in advance to secure your favourite cake. We can’t take same-day pickup orders. Our in-store range is delicious but limited, changes daily, and popular items may sell out.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver across the Sydney metropolitan area with next-day delivery available 7 days a week (public holidays excluded). We provide delivery time windows as a guide, but exact times can’t be guaranteed due to traffic and weather.
