Grainbuds Sweets — Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations (Standard Cakes)

  • 48+ hours’ notice: Full refund to your original payment method.

  • 48–24 hours’ notice: Store credit for the full amount (usable on any future order).

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund or credit.

  • All cancellations must be in writing (email or SMS) and must include your order number.

Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable once your order is out for delivery or on the day of delivery.

Returns / Quality Concerns

  • Please check your order on delivery or at pickup.

  • If you’re not happy, tell the driver or our staff before accepting the products so we can assess and help on the spot.

  • Once an order has been accepted (delivered/collected), Grainbuds Sweets is no longer responsible for the condition of the items.

Refunds (Standard Orders)

  • Approved cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice receive a full refund.

  • 48–24 hours’ notice receive a store credit (valid on all future orders).

  • Same-day cancellations (the day of your cake) are not eligible for a refund; delivery fees are not refundable.
